<jats:p>This paper is the first sedimentological and palynological study of the archaeological sites from the Upper Paleolithic in the area of Valencia (Spain). With both disciplines, the paleoclimatic and chrono-stratigraphic curves of that period are established being remarked the help each discipline offers to the other m this kind of studies.</jats:p>
