  • Description: In the present study, the vibration and ultrasonic measurements have been applied to a high flow rate pump installed in the SSBF in order to develop the monitoring and diagnosis methods. The vibration of the casing of the canned pump is measured by using the laser vibration sensor. The frequency domain analyses have been applied to the measured signals. The measurement results showed the validity of the proposed method to monitor the state of the high flow rate pump.
