<jats:p>The author provides highly interesting statistical material on the number, duration and particular features of challenges to arbitral awards brought before the Swiss Supreme Court and on international commercial arbitration in Switzerland in general. According to the statistics, the average duration of the proceedings before the Supreme Court is less than five months, and the chances that the award will be confirmed around 93%. </jats:p>
