  • Description: The emergence of COVID-19 has been spreading around the world at a vertiginous growth rate. The generality of the countries of the world is affected, and the great majority of them have decided to postpone and/or suspend their sporting events. Without a doubt, the more relevant postponement has been that of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The health and ethical-legal effects of COVID-19 are extremely high.
