  • Description: <jats:p>The life of an elementary school principal is an interesting and challenging one. During the course of a day and all during the year, he receives many genuine satisfactions from his work, as well as sharing many interesting experienes. These experiences and satisfaction come through close contacts with teachers, pupils, and parents. It takes all these groups working togelher to have a good school whose program is responsive to the needs and interests of the children in the community.</jats:p>
