Description:
The genus Neoboivinella Aubrév. & Pellegrin was until now monospecific and unknown in Central Africa. Actually, it is represented in the area by two species: the well-known N. natalensis (Sond.) Aubrév. & Pellegrin, and a second species: N. gossweileri (De Wild.) Liben comb. nov., transferred from the genus Zeyherella (Pierre) Aubrév. & Pellegrin. The genus reaches in Central Africa and in Uganda the northern limit of it's distribution area. A generic description and a key to the species is given.
