Se dessine ainsi, à travers la forme - complaisante - d’un entretien du scripteur avec son double (l’Alter intime deWallon ou le socius de Janet), une approche inusitée du sujet de la décision dont l’essence n’est plus conçue comme propre à l’individu isolé (Hegel, Feuerbach), ni définie, dans sa réalité, comme l’ensemble des relations sociales (Marx, Engels), mais comme inhérente à certaines situations particulières localisées (Badiou, Lazarus), au sein desquelles une multiplicité fluide et indéfinie de gens bien réels rompent unanimement avec l’expérience ordinaire de l’objectivation d’autrui pour entrer en résonance autour d’une prescription commune.
Concerning his implied participation in the methods of social change - and using experiences deliberately chosen from the two extremities of his academic life - the author tries to understand the evolution of his theoretical positions as to the subjective determinism of political decisions. Thus we see, in a sympathetic form, a dialogue between the author and his double, (the Alter intime ofWallon or the socius of Janet), an unusual approach to the subject of decision, in which the essence is no longer considered to be peculiar to the isolated individual (Hegel, Feuerbach) or defined in its reality as the totality of social relations (Marx, Engels), but rather as inherent to certain particular fixed situations (Badiou, Lazarus), at the heart of which a fluid and undetermined multiplicity of real people break unanimously from their usual experience of objecturation of others to start resonating round a common prescription.
