Des recherches paléoécologiques ont été menées à partir d'un sondage profond de 705 cm effectué au lac Shabla-Egeretz dans la région sud-est de Dobroudja. Les sédiments ont été étudiés par analyses pollinique et diatomique ; de même, ont été réalisées la détermination de la faune des mollusques et des datations radiocarbones. L'histoire de la végétation et de l’influence humaine de l'époque du Néolithique tardif jusqu'à nos jours est également présentée ainsi que l'influx pollinique et l'histoire du lac.
Palaeoecological investigations were carried out on 705 cm deep sediment core from Lake Shabla-Ezeretz in South-eastern Dobrudza. The sediments were studied by means of pollen and diatom analyses, identification of molluscan fauna and radiocarbon dating. The history of vegetation and human impact since Late Neolithic time till nowadays are presented as well as the pollen influx and the history of the lake.
