Bulgarien 1994 : Das rote Votum breitet aufdem Land. — Das seit 1990 zwischen der sozialistischen (ehem. kommunistischen) Partel und der Union der demokratischen Kräften stattfindende Duell fiigt sich in eine für Bulgarien charakteristische Tradition der politischen Bipolarität ein. Die räumliche Verteilung dieses Duells hebt eine doppelte Differenzierung regionaler Art und insbesondere eine Opposition zwischen dem « roten » ländlichen Votum und dem « blauen » städtischen Votum hervor. Die kartographische Darstellung der Ergebnisse der Kommunalwahl von 1991 und der Parlamentswahl von 1994 zeigt die Ausbreitung des ländlichen Votums auf die Städte resultierend aus des Verallgemeinerung der sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Krise.
Bulgaria 1994 : The «red» vote is extending beyond the countryside. — The duel, taking place between the Socialist Party (former communist) and the Union of Democratic Forces, since 1990, is coming within the scope of a tradition of political bipolarity usual in Bulgaria. The geography of the duel is bringing to the fore a double contrast : a différenciation at the regional level, and above ail, an opposition between the « red » rural vote and the « blue » urban one. The maps representing the ballots of the municipal and general elections in 1991 and 1994 are bringing out the overflowing of rural vote towards the towns, this phenomenon is connected with the generalization of the economic and social crisis.
Le duel qui se joue entre le Parti Socialiste (ex-communiste) et l'Union des Forces Démocratiques s'inscrit dans une tradition de bipolarité politique caractéristique de la Bulgarie. La géographie de ce duel met en évidence une double différenciation : de niveau régional, et surtout l'opposition entre le vote rouge rural et le vote bleu urbain. La cartographie des scrutins des élections municipales de 1991 et législatives de 1994 met en relief un effet de débordement du vote rural vers les villes, en relation avec la crise économique et sociale.
