Spanish Abstract: Las finanzas populares en el Ecuador enfrentan nuevos retos al considerarse sectores vulnerables que en los actuales momentos disponen del apoyo de los entes públicos como un principio que reza en el artículo 309 de la Constitución de la República del Ecuador, porlo que se ha considerado prioritaria la implantación y manejo de un sistema de control interno integral que permita la gestión de objetivos apropiada y adaptada a las necesidades de estas organizaciones, con la finalidad de que se cumpla con los planes y proyectos quese enmarquen en el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los stakeholders
English Abstract: The popular finances in Ecuador face new challenges when considering vulnerable sectors that currently have the support of public entities as a constitutional principle that reads in Article 309 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, for what has been considered Priority is given to the implementation and management of an integral internal control system that allows for the management of appropriate objectives and is adapted to the needs of these organizations, with the purpose of complying with the plans and projects that are part of the improvement of the quality of life of the stakeholders
