Chinese Abstract: 本文通過建議設立“中國離岸黃金人民幣交易場”促進深港聯動與融合，促進深港兩地黃金產業發展和金融市場建設，推動國際黃金交易以人民幣計價和結算，逐步取得人民幣黃金定價權，進一步推動人民幣國際化進程。
English Abstract: The paper suggests establishing a Chinese offshore renminbi gold exchange to facilitate the linkage and integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, so as to expedite the development of gold industry and financial markets in both Shenzhen and Hong Kong, to promote international gold trading denominated and settled in renminbi, and to further renminbi internationalization via obtaining renminbi gold pricing power
