The accurate estimation of GDP plays a vital role in police making. The current study proposes a new GDP calculation procedure, which is based on the firm level tax information. We claim that since enterprises (e.g. product and service providers) are the main player in every economy, by analyzing the value created by each firm through their tax information, therefore, should provide a simple and accurate estimation method for GPD. Furthermore, by evaluating the GDP growth rate using the proposed method, we find the GDP growth rate for China is well above 15% per annual over the recent decade
