The development of strategic thinking (knowledge framework) has been driven primarily by the needs and from the mentality of big business. The effort to adapt the doctrine to other contexts has occupied a marginal space for researchers.Against this position, a current booming calls the specific study of the strategy in the SME (Zornoza, 2000).Consistent with the growing importance of SMEs in the real economy and in politics, research for SMEs should have generated a remarkable body of literature. However, the theory of government and particularly the theory of strategy have devoted little attention to its study. In this sense, this investigation is to identify and respond within this current, the question: how business organizations of small and medium sized align their resources to bring it to the full and growing their purposes?
