  • Beschreibung: This paper aims to examine the influence of 360-degree feedback on employees’ innovative work behavior. Additionally, it also investigates the mediating role of organizational culture and employee engagement between 360-degree feedback on employees’ innovative work behavior. This is a cross-sectional study. 112 workable samples were collected from different telecom companies of Pakistan. Partial least squares structural modeling (PLS-SEM) was done using SmartPLS to test the hypothesized model. This study found out that 360-degree feedback significantly influences organizational culture. The culture of an organization in return influences the employee engagement, which significantly influences employees’ innovative work behavior. The present study confirms that both culture and employee engagement play a serial mediation role between 360-degree feedback and innovative work behavior. Although much work has been done on 360-degree feedback on employees’ innovative work behavior separately. There is lack of research that examine the serial mediation to establish the interrelationship between 360-degree feedback on employees’ innovative work behavior. This study addresses this void. Both theoretical and practical implications are recommended
