  • Beschreibung: Based on the defects of biomass hydrochar and pyrochar, hydrothermal carbonization (HTC) and pyrolysis were combined to prepare high-quality biochar. Maize straw (MS) was used as biomass raw material, hydrochar (HC), pyrochar (PC), hydrochar of PC (HPC) and pyrochar of HC ( PHC ) were prepared. Shenhua bituminous coal (SH) and Yangquan anthracite (YQ) were selected to compare with them. Research showed that pyrolysis can remove volatiles of HC. Compared with YQ, HPC has higher high heating value (HHV) and better gasification and combustion performance. The microcrystalline structure and graphitization degree of HPC are similar to SH. The ash content of PC is reduced from 15.49% to 7.65% after HTC. Compared with SH, PHC has lower ash and carbon atom sequence, better combustion and gasification performance, and higher HHV. The volatile content of HPC and PHC is within the range of mixed coal used in blast furnace (BF) injection. HPC can replace coal for BF injection. Compared with PHC, HPC has higher HHV, larger specific surface area and carbon atom ordering degree. MS can be prepared into coal-like biochar by combining HTC and pyrolysis
