  • Beschreibung: This paper identifies the contributions made by effective organization communication. It considers the optimal conditions and circumstances for good communication. Communication is the exchange of ideas or concepts for purposes of information, command and instruction, influence and persuasion. Without some type of communication, no organization will exist for long. Similarly without accurate, meaningful communication, no organization will be successful. Managers bear an important responsibility for the creation of a proper environment for communicating and for establishing and maintaining the necessary organizational communication channels. Senders and receivers both bear a responsibility for the successful interpretation and understanding of messages communicated. For one thing, the sender must choose the correct medium through which messages will be sent. The communication process itself involves several stages in addition to choosing the right medium. The receiver’s need for and knowledge of the message must be considered. Messages must be placed in the proper code. Messages must be transferred properly, and symbols must be interpreted. Action or reaction occurs, and feedback is given. This process repeats itself as new messages are needed
