The current challenges are multiple, especially in the current context of multiple crises, and among us researchers, the natural question arises and what is the solution, especially for the mountain area, which in recent years is facing a massive depopulation. The essential element is the knowledge, respectively the assessment of the current situation and the identification of solutions in the current context of these challenges and the existing needs at the local level. Societal balance must become a priority for each of those who define the directions of action, regulations, strategies and funding programs for the mountain economy. In our work, we aim to capture the directions of action defined for future generations both through the 2050 funding programs, but especially based on the definition of new jobs or rather the jobs of the future
