Spanish Abstract: En la actualidad, el tema de teletrabajo y,en particular el trabajoen casa,ha cobrado importancia debido a la pandemia de la COVID-19,la cual provocó migrar de la oficina a puestosde trabajo remotos localizados en los hogares de los trabajadores.El presente trabajo,medianteuna revisión narrativa de la literatura,pretendeconocer lasimplicaciones que tienen el teletrabajo y el trabajo en casaenla salud y la productividad de las personas. Se hizo una búsqueda de la informaciónenlas bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science.En conclusión,la pandemia hizo que hubiera una transición más rápida al trabajo remotopor esto serequiere indagar más sobre el efecto deeste rápido cambio en la salud y productividad de los trabajadores
English Abstract: Currently, the issue of teleworking and working at home, has gained importance due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused migration from the office to remote workplaces located in workers' homes. This paper, through a narrative review of the literature, aims to understand the implications of telecommuting and working at home on the health and productivity of individuals. The information was searched in the Scopus and Web of Science databases. In conclusion, the pandemic led to a more rapid transition to remote work, so more research is needed on the effect of this rapid change on the health and productivity of workers
