Parthenium Hysterophorus L. is a very harmful and useful plant in the world. Seeing to its importance the present study was arranged to review the economics of this plant in the world. Secondary data was used and total sixteen articles were downloaded from the net webs and read many times and analyzed the situation about parthenium. This plant has declined forty percent production of the crop and also creates problems for human and livestock. Among diseases the skin irritation, eczema, Asthma etc are very famous in the world. Similarly advantages were also identified by different scientists in the world. They reported that this plant is used for anti oxidant, anti cancer, anti tumor and anti diabetes. They have also found that the nitrogen, Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium percentage is more in this plant. So its organic manure application play great role in production enhancement of the farmers. The study further reviewed that different methodologies were used for its control purpose in the world while still this problem has not controlled and the main reason is awareness of the world community because the people do not know how much it is dangerous and useful for world society. On the basis of problems the study recommend the following suggestion for its control measure: Awareness programs should be multiplied in the world; At world level parthenium institution should be established for solution of Parthenium problem; Chemical analysis laboratories should be constructed in each district for analysis of Parthenium; Workshop should be launched for parthenium awareness in the world; Every farmer should focus on this plant and uprooted before maturity in the field. Hand glove should be worn by farmers for uprooting Parthenium in the filed . More funds should be provided to this research in the world. Good quarantine should be arranged in different region of the countries for safety of Pathenium for enhancing crop production in the world
