  • Beschreibung: The emergence of the modern European organizational movement, as of the current European international organizations, does not come from nowhere, but has contributed directly to ideas and theoretical constructions exposed in the 20th century and particularly the European movements born as a result of the WWII.The idea of Europe, as a political conception, is present since Antiquity and in the Middle Ages. From the constitution of the Modern States it can be said that the need for some form of European political union is constantly manifested in European political thought, as a means to settle the state of continuous war or its latent threat.
