  • Beschreibung: Graphical User Interfaces (GUI - usually pronounced GOO-ee) have become the user interface of decision. Despite the GUI's popularity, surprisingly few programs come with an adequate interface design and moreover finding information explaining what means a good and intuitive interface, is exceedingly difficult. The main goal for the paper is therefore to explain the causes of a bad design, and to recommend solutions. This way some rules will result and if we are tempted to deviate from “the tried and true", we'll know where the wrong path leads and we will get back to the appropriate one
