The paper makes an attempt to compare the financial performance of different companies of cement industry using composite index based developed with the Ordered Weighted Average (OWA) method. The financial performance of the different companies is measured based on parameters like Growth, Valuation, Market Performance and Profitability at two different time periods once before the start of the pandemic and the other after the first phase of the pandemic was over. The relative positions of the companies in comparison to its compatriots before and after the pandemic discloses how the companies have handled the pandemic situation to retain or improve their relative positions in terms of financial parameters
