English Abstract: This study analyses the validity of the arbitration clause in the articles of association of joint stock companies established in Turkey. The paper proposes solutions to the complex problems caused by the parallel judicial processes observed in corporate law disputes. In this context, the proposed solution is the provision of an arbitration clause in the articles of association, which transfers the arbitration clause to the realm of corporate law. The validity of the said provision is analysed from the perspective of both corporate law and arbitration law
