In this brief presentation, the progressive construction of energy and the global environment as an issue in terms of International Relations will be highlighted. Also, the expansion of its governance in terms of scales, players, and mechanisms, with a focus on one of the most pressing transnational environmental issues, climate change, will be discussed. Climate change has affected people's lives and health in a variety of ways throughout the world. Clean air, clean drinking water, a sufficient supply of nutrient-rich food, and a secure living environment are all under threat. All of these factors have the potential to undermine decades of progress in global health if precautions are not taken. Indeed, the recommended frameworks for identifying and presenting global energy and environmental challenges, such as national security threats, cooperative platforms, and economic obstacles, have a substantial influence on this issue and should be given more attention, as proposed in this solution
