  • Beschreibung: As there is a greater need for businesses to outsource their information and communication technology (ICT) departments, cloud service providers are growing in popularity. Numerous factors that are based on service provider selection criteria must be engaged into account when selecting the best service provider for an organization. This decision delinquent can be modeled as a Hesitant Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem because it is dependent on a number of contradictory measures, and a choice-decider must select the superlative alternate while satiating these measures and at the same time, mitigating the haste and intuition from the expert. In this paper, a pilot case study is undertaken where the choice of a Cloud Service Provider(CSP) is made using a hybridized version of the fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy TOPSIS techniques. The problem is modeled as an ensemble Hesitant Intuitionistic Fuzzy Linguistic problem. On the basis of an example case result, the suggested model chooses security as the most crucial factor and Amazon Web Services(AWS) as the top cloud service provider. A comparison with other methodologies is presented and the result showed this proposed method is better in terms of handling intuition and haste
