Retirement is viewed as transitioning from full-time employment to full-time leisure, taking advantage of the benefits acquired during employment. This study compares the retirement benefits offered to private and public employees in Muntinlupa. There is a need to develop a retirement planning framework that meets people's demands and offers specialized service options due to varied respondents' opinions on the retirement benefits for private and public government employees. There are strong positive similarities between financial literacy, information awareness efforts, and online platform strategies for private and public sector employees. This shows that it is crucial to consider other variables besides retirement benefits to support financial shocks, poor planning, or low wealth accumulation
