  • Beschreibung: Tax evasion is the root cause of India's current economic woes, which are exacerbated by "black money" and "counterfeit currency." Both of these terms refer to illicit financial transactions. On November 8, 2016, the Government of India enacted a change in policy in an effort to bring such a state of affairs under control and bring it under more manageable conditions. As the Cashless Transaction System continues to grow and become more prevalent, there is increasing amount of pressure being put on people to shift away from cash and toward a cashless society. As a consequence of this, the primary objective of this study will be to explore whether or not the current approach of CTS in India is appropriate for adopting the various instruments of a cashless society. The study will also focus on how having a cashless economy has substantial repercussions for the adoption of electronic payment systems and how these repercussions will be highlighted. This study will also investigate the potential of cashless programs in the future as well as their influence on the growth of the Indian economy. Moreover, this study will investigate the influence of cashless programs on the growth of the Indian economy. Along with this, the report will provide some recommendations that will make the subsequent policy easier to implement
