  • Beschreibung: The study aimed to know the teacher’s empowerment and its student success in China. The study involves 73 teachers in China, assessing their level of teachers’ empowerment and its impact on student success. The researcher used purposive sampling method in choosing their study respondents. Meanwhile, the study has been found that teacher’s empowerment should be further improved, as well as their status that influences their empowerment that impact on student’s success. Moreso, it is recommended that further studies should be conducted to improve the students’ success through increasing the level of teachers’ empowerment
