  • Beschreibung: In the past five decades, decision support systems have emerged and developed into BI systems. These creative systems have become one of the most important concerns for CIOs and decision-makers in organizations. Despite its inspiring features, however, a significant percentage of the adoption of BI systems does not end with success, and organizations do not realize their benefits at all, so it is necessary to study the CSFs of adopting BI systems and evaluate and prioritize them to achieve successful adoption. This study identified a four-dimensional framework to successfully adopt BI in organizations. These dimensions are: organization, technology, environment, and process. Furthermore, the study evaluated this framework and its key factors and arranged them according to their priority. The study has two contributions: the first is to build a framework for BI adoption in organizations. The other contribution is to arrange the categories of the proposed framework according to their importance, where the technology category is the first, and also arrange the CSFs, where the data/information quality factor is the most important of all. The study also arranges the rest of the factors according to their importance
