ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence tool, has the potential to revolutionize almost every industry by enabling individuals and businesses to interact with technology. However, this powerful tool raises significant ethical considerations that must be addressed to ensure its responsible and ethical use. As ChatGPT evolves, new challenges related to its use continue to emerge. To identify and address current and potential challenges, this paper argues for a multidimensional approach that includes three tiers: expert supervision of the tool, public participation in its development, and regulatory oversight.
