    With the rapid development of surgical techniques, minimally invasive surgery has become the focal point of medical innovation technology. This book aims to introduce a comprehensive and advanced techniques of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery (NOSES). Firstly, the development process and the current status of NOSES worldwide were described. Secondly, various surgical procedures of NOSES in gastrointestinal, hepatobiliary, splenopancreatic, urogynecologic and general surgeries were elaborated, including indications and contraindications, detailed surgical steps, technical key points and operational skills. Thirdly, controversial hot topics, technical difficulties and key issues for each surgical procedure were discussed. Experience and lessons learned in practical application were also shared by experts in different fields.
