  • Beschreibung: ERM-CZ130 is a tunnel dust PM10-like matrix material certified for the mass fraction of arsenic, cadmium, nickel, lead and selected polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) - benzo[a]anthracene (B[a]A), benzo[b]fluoranthene (B[b]F), benzo[j]fluoranthene (B[j]F), benzo[k]fluoranthene (B[k]F), benzo[a]pyrene (B[a]P), indeno[1,2,3-cd]pyrene (IP), dibenzo[a,h]anthracene (D[a,h]A) and the sum of B[b]F, B[k]F, B[j]F. This certified reference material (CRM) was produced within the scope of ISO 17034:2016 accreditation [1] and ISO 33405:2024 [2]. ERM-CZ130 is available in 10 mL glass vials containing at least 1 g fine powder, which were sealed under an atmosphere of nitrogen and placed in a sachet. Between-unit homogeneity was quantified and stability during transport and storage was assessed in accordance with ISO 33405:2024 [2]. The minimum sample size for one measurement is 50 mg for elements and 100 mg for PAHs. The material was characterised by an interlaboratory comparison of laboratories of demonstrated competence and adhering to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 [3]. Technically invalid results were removed but no outlier was eliminated unless a technical reason for the deviation was found. Uncertainties of the certified values were calculated in accordance with ISO 17034:2016 [1] and ISO 33405:2024 [2] and include uncertainties related to possible inhomogeneity, instability and characterisation. The material is intended for quality control and the assessment of method performance. Before release of the CRM, the certification project was subjected to peer-review involving both internal and external experts.
