  • Beschreibung: The measurement of electromagnetic fields and high-frequency conducted currents is influenced by a great number of factors. This may lead to a measurement error which is part of the measurement result in the form of a measurement uncertainty according to DIN 1319. Systematic investigations of possible measurement errors have been difficult technically as well as analytically. Only lately have analyses been possible on the basis of numerical methods. In this thesis the method of moments is used to model field sensors and current probes numerically. The resulting measurement error as well as the influence on the measurement environment are determined depending in relation to sensor type, field source and close scattering structures. Characteristic values for field sensors and current probes are found which allow the quantitative prediction of measurement errors.
