A plaine refutation of M. Giffards booke, intituled, A short treatise gainst the Donatistes of England : Wherein is discouered 1 the forgery of the vvhole ministerie, 2 the confusion, 3 false vvorship, 4 and antichristian disorder, of these parish assemblies, called the Church of England.
