Some copies are uncut versions printed top to bottom with other copies of this title, and some copies are uncut versions printed side by side with "The effect of principle behold the man" (Collins, H. Threads of history, no. 38), suggesting that the two texts were companion pieces printed together on rolls of muslin, intended to be separated
