  • Beschreibung: Mobile wallet (M-wallet), as an innovative alternative payment, is trendy in developed economies because it provides users with the ease, safety, and fast completion of daily financial activities. However, M-wallets have still been seen in the infancy stage in Vietnam. Therefore, the study aims to discover the main factors shaping behavioral intention to use mobile wallets in Vietnam. The extended version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with perceived enjoyment and trust was considered as a theoretical foundation for this study. The primary empirical data from 332 respondents were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and enjoyment have positive and significant impacts on behavioral intention to use M-wallets, whereas trust showing no direct effect.
