  • Beschreibung: Abstract Formaldehyde is a very representative indoor organic pollutant, which can exist in indoor spaces for a long time. Using purified formaldehyde dehydrogenase can improve the efficiency of formaldehyde degradation. Comparing the enzyme activities of externally purified formaldehyde dehydrogenase at different temperatures and pH values, a simple, rapid, and rough evaluation method for verifying the removal of formaldehyde by the formaldehyde dehydrogenase was preliminarily established.
