  • Beschreibung: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>Ferroelectric phase comprising BaTiO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> nanoparticles and nanorods have been prepared by high temperature sintering. The XRD spectra of sintered powder was used to confirm the ferroelectric phase crystallisation. The non-ferroelectric cubic phase to ferroelectric tetragonal phase transition of BaTiO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> was studied by temperature dependent dielectric study. The Curie temperature of 105 °C in sintered nanoparticles was observed from dielectric study of tetragonal phase BaTiO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>.</jats:p>
