<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>From leaves of <jats:italic>Quercus suber</jats:italic> L. in addition to ten known glycosides, two new acylated flavonoids have been isolated and identified as 3‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐kaempferol 2‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>trans‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside (1) and 3‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐kaempferol 2,3‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐acetyl‐4‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>cis‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐6‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>trans‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside (3). The structures of the previously described 3‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐kaempferol 2,4‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>trans‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside<jats:sup>2)</jats:sup> and 3‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐kaempferol 3,6‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐acetyl‐2,4‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>trans‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside<jats:sup>3)</jats:sup> were revised to 3‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐kaempferol 2,6‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>trans‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐β‐D‐glucopyranoside (4) and 3‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐kaempferol 3,4‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐acetyl‐2,6‐di‐<jats:italic>O</jats:italic>‐(<jats:italic>trans‐p</jats:italic>‐coumaroyl)‐β‐D‐glu‐copyranoside (5).</jats:p>
