<jats:p><jats:bold>Double‐Ionophore with Dihydrotetraaza[14]annulene‐ and Crownether‐Function</jats:bold></jats:p><jats:p>Benzo[15]crown‐5 (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>) was converted in four steps into the 4‐amino‐5‐nitro‐derivative <jats:bold>5</jats:bold>, which, after reduction to the diamine <jats:bold>6</jats:bold>, cyclocondenses with 3‐ethoxy‐2‐isopropylacrolein. The resulting trimacrocyclic ligand <jats:bold>7</jats:bold> chelates nickel(II) and cobalt(II) ions and, additionally, potassium and sodium ions, thus being a double ionophore.</jats:p>
