<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) used the opportunities provided by a new, downtown campus and other new facilities to redirect its campus master planning, create a learning vision for UTSA in the Knowledge Age, reshape its IT infrastructure and IT culture on campus, and launch an ongoing dialogue on change for the Knowledge Age.</jats:p>
