Beschreibung: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>We report a case of primary trichodysplasia spinulosa (TS) infection in a kidney transplant child and describe for the first time the presence of degenerated TS‐associated polyomavirus (TSPyV)‐infected cells in a TS patient's urine that are morphologically different from BK or JC polyomavirus‐infected decoy cells.</jats:p>
