  • Beschreibung: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>The open circuit voltage, <jats:italic>V</jats:italic> <jats:sub>oc</jats:sub>, of organic solar cells based on single donor/acceptor (D/A) interface has been studied as a function of the air exposure. It is shown that <jats:italic>V</jats:italic> <jats:sub>oc</jats:sub> increases when the Al upper electrode is air exposed, that is to say when a thin aluminium oxide layer is present at the interface organic donor/aluminium.
