  • Beschreibung: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>A theory of tunnel transport of electrons from donor to acceptor through dielectric films is developed taking into account the interaction of electrons with the elastic degrees of freedom for donor and acceptor. The efficiency of the charge transport processes in such systems is shown to be characterized by a nonmonotonic dependence on the rate of electron supply to donor (pumping rate). At a well‐defined pump level the system tends to the non‐equilibrium phase transition from the monostable state to the bistable (trigger) one.</jats:p>
