  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>Commercially available trisodium hexachlororhodate (Na<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>RhCl<jats:sub>6</jats:sub>) was dehydrated and characterized by laboratory X-ray powder diffraction. The crystal structure is isostructural to the Na<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>CrCl<jats:sub>6</jats:sub> structure type with space group <jats:italic>P</jats:italic><jats:inline-formula><jats:alternatives><jats:inline-graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" mime-subtype="gif" xlink:type="simple" xlink:href="S0885715618000155_inline1" /><jats:tex-math>$\bar 31$</jats:tex-math></jats:alternatives></jats:inline-formula><jats:italic>c</jats:italic>. Unit-cell parameters are <jats:italic>a</jats:italic> = 6.8116(1) Å, <jats:italic>c</jats:italic> = 11.9196(2) Å, <jats:italic>V</jats:italic> = 478.95(2) Å<jats:sup>3</jats:sup>, and <jats:italic>Z</jats:italic> = 2.</jats:p>
