  • Beschreibung: <p>Intermodulation atomic force microscopy is used to quantitatively determine both viscous and elastic parameters of a soft material interface. A model of the tip surface interaction is introduced, taking in to account the dynamics of both cantilever and viscoelastic surface.</p>
