  • Beschreibung: <p>We investigated the reversible charge compensation mechanism of an Li<sub>2</sub>MnO<sub>3</sub> electrode using soft XAS analysis. We concluded that both the Mn and O ions participated in the charge compensation reactions during the reversible redox cycles.</p>
