  • Beschreibung: Graphene and hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) have shown fascinating features in spintronics due to their metallic and tunneling behaviors, respectively. In this work, we report for the first time room temperature spin valve effect in NiFe/Gr–hBN/Co configuration.
