  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>The mid-infrared localized surface plasmon resonances are realized in hyperdoped Si and can be spectrally tuned by fabricating nano-antenna arrays. Our results are promising for the integration of plasmonic sensors into the on-chip CMOS platform.</jats:p>
