  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>A novel Mn(<jats:sc>ii</jats:sc>)-based nanoprobe was synthesized as a high contrast enhancing agent for magnetic resonance imaging. The sample shows high relaxivity at the clinical fields and <jats:italic>in vivo</jats:italic> studies on healthy mice demonstrated its efficacy as <jats:italic>T</jats:italic><jats:sub>1w</jats:sub>-MRI probe.</jats:p>
